The RICCEM-2021 poster session will be held virtually on DAY 3 (June 1), from 18:00 to 20:00 (Moscow time). During this session viewers will be able to ask questions and discuss the works they are interested in. Presenters must be available to discuss their posters within a poster session.

All the posters will be preloaded on the RICCEM-2021 website during the conference and sorted by sections.

Registration: All poster session presenters must be registered for the Conference.

Poster Presentation

Presenters will have the following opportunities to present their research:

  • provide via submission form below a one-page Poster in JPG format.
  • optional submit a link to YouTube or Vimeo video of one-minute recorded video-presentation, highlighting the key points and takeaways for your poster.
  • participate in real-time and communicate with attendees via SpatialChat.

Presenters may choose one or multiple methods of presentation (example, provide a Poster and be available for real-time discussion, or provide a 1-minute video and a poster in JPG format).  Presenters are highly encouraged to fulfill all three options to best facilitate a robust and dynamic virtual Poster Session.  Presenters MUST provide either a one-minute video OR a Poster in JPG or both in order to be published.

Poster Submission Deadline: May 27, 2021

Tips for Poster Preparation

Title:

It is recommended to keep the title of the poster same as in the submitted abstract. Slight modification which does not change the idea of the abstract is also allowed.

Poster size and format:

  • Posters must be submitted in JPG format.
  • The poster file size may not exceed 10 MB. You can reduce the file size by using online file compressors like CompressJpeg.

Poster content:

  • Make sure there is enough contrast between the colour of the text and the poster’s background.
  • Make sure that the specific sections (such as the background, methods, results, and conclusions) are easy to locate in the poster.
  • Use only static images and do not embed any videos or animation in your poster.
  • Posters should be in A0 size, portrait format, jpg format of maximum 10 MB. The jpg needs to have a pixel format of at least 2384×3370 pixels, so that a font of 12 points is still legible. When exporting A0 at 72 dpi, you will get 2384 x 3370 pixels.

While we don’t have a specific template, there are a number of online resourses that offer free templates to assist you in creating your Poster in vertical A0 size:
